Click on your name in the top right corner. Then click on the Settings tab. Here you can change your password.
Once you are logged in, you can immediately start all the courses you have purchased. Go to the relevant course page and click “Start course” to get started.
Sometimes it is possible to ask questions at the bottom of a lesson within a course. If you don’t see that option, feel free to contact us. We will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
Yes, absolutely! All videos on our site are recorded in high quality. Make sure the video player is set to the highest quality, and that your internet connection is stable. Don’t see the option to change the quality? That could be due to your browser. Some browsers (like Safari) block this option. Our recommendation is therefore to follow the course using Chrome or Firefox.
